Each year I design something new for the Holiday cards and ornaments I sell on the web. This year I tried to use the snow that fell in 2008 as help in doing the designs. I managed to get a few pictures late morning on the day of the snow and tried my best to show how the snow still clung to things in Jackson Square. Porcelain Christmas Ornaments from Local Artists

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Gift Shop featured my Porcelain Christmas Ornaments at their gift shop in 2006  in the New Orleans Hotel on Canal St. The hotel just re-opened Dec 9,2006 and still has some renovation going on outside. I took a picture of the tree and the ornaments on it. You can now  buy them on the web. A nice newspaper article featured my 'Rebuild New Orleans' Christmas Ornaments and a little background info on my art. The ornaments feature New Orleans art and other Christmas designs on round and oval porcelain. They are heat set into the ornament and last a very long time. Any publicity helps especially when you are trying to rebuild after a disaster. (Times-Picayune, Nov 26, 2005)
